"The room was very spacious but was a little dusty, so it may not have been used for some time and was sitting vacant ready but it wasn't dirty. We really enjoyed the pool/waterpark area and the activities around the pool. The parking was adequate though pricey. What I loved most was the responsiveness of the onsite guest services team. "Julissa was very helpful at the front desk, Thank you! The only complaint is that I couldn’t reach anyone for the hours of the waterpark. Therefore, we only got an hour and a half in there before they close. Would nice to have an update somewhere on your website."

"This was a nice roomy hotel. The complex is beautiful and the pools are amazing. Nicely heated to use year round. Felt safe with security all around. I have one complaint- there is a second hotel a few miles away with the same name- Sheraton Vistana so I went to the wrong one when taking an uber and that was a huge fiasco.
