"Nice property just off the main street, near train station. It is pet friendly with 3 resident cats roaming around the lobby. You get to book 2 sessions at the baths after checked in, the semi open bath on the 2nd level is popular, while the rooftop bath may not be a good idea in cold weather although the view is great. You get free use of the bicycles for your stay. There is no lift so you have to carry your luggages up and down the stairs."

"宿泊先に向かっている時に２階エアコンの不具合と水が出にくいとの連絡があり不安になりました。家族7人楽しみにしていた旅行でしたので今更引き返せなく向かいました。 到着し確認したところ２階のエアコンと水道は使用できませんでした。 結局リビングで寝ることとなりましたが、 カーテンが無いのがちょっと…でした。 お風呂は最高でした！ 子供達も喜んでいたのでハプニングはありましたが結果良かったです。"
