We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. "Excellent place. I like the Splasir in Dongdaemun better because the desk chairs there are more comfortable and there is a mini fridge in those rooms. That being said - staff here at Myeongdong are fab - and so is the location."
