"Very disappointing. I knew it was a very slow week for hotels in the area because it was a korean holiday but still they gave me a view of another building’s window (deluxe room). My primary residence for my vacation was in Busan and I just needed a place to sleep in Seoul for five nights to visit family and friends. Thus the reason I chose this place. "The room is in great condition and all equipments and furnitures are in its best condition. Tv is a bit old hotel tv be cause it doesn’t provide Netflix option. 24 hr gym, daily operating sauna, and golf range are also plus. I can not find a better residence hotel in Seoul’s at this price. Just 1 small bump is the narrow passage to the basement parking. I advise if not confident, don’t rent a car and park in the basement. "
