"Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve been in Tokyo. Service was supreme and it’s so beautifully decorated outside and inside. Customer service was very friendly and helped me with any questions or issues I had during mg stay. Check in service is beyond super welcoming and explanatory- loved the process and the treats especially the matcha smoothie . The amenities and the room setup was super comfortable and they honestly did the perfect job designing the place walking into the lobby was such an experience from the zen garden and tiles interior and exterior. Restaurant food is delicious. And super kind of them to include a guest break room in the basement filled with delicious drinks,snacks and icecream bars. I loved every minute 💜💜 Everywhere you wanted to go to is walking distance too!!"

"Stayed in the premier room with 4 beds. Room was incredible, very new, high end appliances, super clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Lots of space in the toom for all 4 of us. "

"As it was my first experience with an Onyado, I did not know quite what to expect. The staff was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions that I had. My only disappointment was that it was very difficult to obtain bandages to cover my tattoo. Luckily I had brought some bandages and was still able to utilize the mineral pools. For all I would highly recommend this in. Very clean, delicious food and beautiful setting. Thank you."

"Excellent hotel! Just a heads up if you have tattoos you can't use the public bath, which is understandable given the culture. Spa service, convince store, bar, and restaurants all in the hotel. "

"The location is in the perfect. Close to all of the dining and shopping of Kawaramachi. Transport is easily accessible to many locations and walking distance to a lot of attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Close to Osaka station where shopping and restaurants around. A lawson and a drug store just downstairs. Clean and looks newly renovated. The room is spacious with an extra bed for my little one. Thanks for the staff for a free upgrade. The onsen is not clean enough though. The elevators sometime a long wait."
