"The Adelphi is a lovely little boutique hotel. The reception staff were so friendly. The room was super clean, and the entire place was decorated in an eclectic style. The location was so convenient. Shops, takeaways, restaurants, trams...all on the doorstep. "

"Good sized apartment in convenient location near trams and trains. Lots of dining options nearby. Older property with some maintenance needed - eg TV not working, leak in bathroom above the sink area, one lift very slow. "

"What was good: * Fantastic location, a very short walk to Southbank and a short walk to the city / Flinders St / National Gallery. * In-unit washer & dryer (separate appliances, and on the smaller side). * Short walk to IGA grocery store & 7/11. * The blackout curtains are great. What was not so good: * Storage is very challenging for 2 people and with more luggage.
