"Wonderful old hotel that have a lot of long term tenants leaving the hotel rooms at the back of the hotel, at the back of the building where the trains are active all night long. The room itself is lovely with a very small bathroom. Maid service only on certain days. Again a very long walk to your room, meaning a full city block then you turn the corner and walk further. "

"Great location during the moomba festival week over looking the Yarra. Plenty of room in the 3 bedder with a kitchenette, dining and lounge area. The walk out balcony over the river was spectacular and a perfect area for afternoon drinks. Outdoor furniture needs upgrading as the chairs were ripped and tired.
