"Great service, quite clean and comfy room. There was a pungent smell in the cupboard and coffee area and the shower only has an open screen with no door so the showers were always uncomfortable to be aware of getting the entire bathroom wet. Some plugs and switches in the room were also not working. Otherwise perfect location right across trams and trains and so convenient to go anywhere. "

"We have stayed here several times and the property needs a make over now. The table in our room had the edges peeling off. The carpet in the corridor is buckled. Beds are comfortable and we love staying here. Just need a repaint and upgrade in the bathrooms generally.Also the tv does not sit in the cabinet well and can topple off."
