"Loved the location and the fact that the airport bus stops right outside the hotel entrance. The subway exit is also right by the hotel, making it very accessible via public transport. It is vey close to pick up points (DDP) for local & day tours. Ice is available from the basement. It’s good that we could use the microwave too. Lots of good food and shopping around the vicinity. Markets are all within walking distance. Would not mind staying here again. "

"Good location. Very quiet. Room was fairly small although that might be standard for Seoul. Very confusing information featuring an elegant 19th floor lounge and yet no 19th floor on the elevator !? Friendly, helpful staff. "

"Great large rooms, very clean bathroom and room - complimentary water was helpful. Nicely decorated hotel with an extremely large bed, almost too big! Staff were very helpful, with check-in, opening doors of taxis, very polite and spoke clearly and friendly."

"Hotel was clean but a bit dated. Some of power plugs in the room were not working and bidet did not work on the morning of the last day, just before checking out. "

"Near to the subway station Line 2 Samseong station which accessible to most of the tourist spot & shopping area. Cleaning staff also very friendly and tidy. Washer & dryer located at basement, and the dryer is strong enough to dry all the thick winter clothes. But you need to pay for the detergent or bring it yourself and also need to pay by card. They have 3 elevators but still need to wait and queue for the elevator during peak hour especially morning check out time and night dinner time. "
