Staff of course are amazing. Do be sure to stroll the garden- so beautiful. Breakfast is an affair each morning- felt very pampered. Highly recommend."

"The property is a bit dated but well maintained, kept clean and in order. It worked out for our family looking for a relaxed and easygoing stay. When we walked for a morning stroll, we caught a beautiful and clear view of Mt Fuji. With rental car, we had access to a selection of restaurants, shops, and activities within the Lake Yamanakako area. But 7/11 is also just a few minute walk and the hotel offers breakfast and dinner for an affordable price. We would stay here again!"
