"The service was as good as it possibly could, the staff was friendly and took notes of my personal requests. The room was a little compact but really good quality for the price. I love the bed especially. The drawback is the extremely strong smell of bleach as soon as I walked in the room. It was so strong I wasn’t sure if it was safe to stay in the room. I was too tired to make a complaint as I just flew half the earth and really needed a good sleep."

The room was basic but that was what we signed up for. the hot water was super, and the bed was very comfortable. the location was unbeatable and close to amenities, shopping and food. will definitely recommend it to friends. "It’s a very comfortable & clean Room no. 313 that we stayed. It’s just right behind the counter. NOTE:: if you are checking in to this Xining Branch before 3pm, you’ve to leave the luggages at the Ximen Branch as there is no counter service. The reception area is also a service area with amenities like water cooler, tidbits and tea bags. Expect no grandeur of a lobby of a hotel as this is just a room only lodging place. "
