"This place had great staff. They were all friendly and welcoming every time we passed by the lobby. Most of them spoke Chinese and English so I didn't have to worry too much about my broken Chinese. We had to break our trip up into 2 parts because we were spending a day in Taichung and they held our groceries for us until we got back. The rooms were very nice and clean.
