"I'm very happy with my stay, the room condition was very clean, all essential toiletries included.Breakfast was decent. All staff were super nice, and willing to provide assistance. I missed my train to Hangzhou due to my flight was delayed on my initial night, so I called the hotel to change my reservation to the next night, the hotel staff was very friendly and willing to change it for me with a small price difference. One note though, I tried 2 of my credit cards, both did not work at the...

"Really great experience! Top notch service! Kudos especially to front desk manager Fanny and breakfast buffet host Brett, whom went above and beyond their duties to accommodate our baby! Brett would reserve our table every morning and get our coffees and baby chair ready without us asking. We really appreciate them both. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of restaurants and shops next door, which makes going out a bit harder. "

"Facing the west lake, it is best place to view the west lake. It is near Su Di and Lou Wai Lou, the famous restaurant. Temple Yue is 3 min away. Really love the breakfast there. The ginger tea brought us a warm morning during a code winter time. Two birds in the hotel lobby could green guests. And the most important, the hotel hosted a lot of political leaders in the past."
