"Fantastic experience at Atour Hotel. Right from the start, they concierge gave us a very homely feeling. The room is big for the price and its really a cosy, clean and comfy room we had. The decorating tilts towards a little Japanese style. The hotel take care of little things like ensuring the TV volume is capped, bring you their free desserts to your room if you need, pass you warm bottles of water during the cold winter etc. Simply lovely experience I had with this hotel. "We checked in during midnight but the hotel didn't get our booking and our late check-in notification through Expedia. But the front desk staffs were good and attentive, they sorted out our bookings immediately and had given us the exact room requirements that we had booked for, so it wasn't a long wait. The breakfast was so-so and meant for locals, not for foreigners, but it's sufficient to keep full. Overall room was comfy and cleaned. "
