"The property was ideally situated for our needs. The bedroom was quite small but the bathroom spacious. The light above the bed wasn’t working. We reported this on arrival but it wasn’t rectified in spite of an assurance that it would be. No-one came to make up the room or refill the tea/coffee after the first night. We couldn’t get onto the WiFi at all. We also had problems with the heating, which came on for only short periods and couldn’t be adjusted. Could be a very nice place to stay if...

From us arriving at 22:45 to check in after getting stuck driving down, to offering to cook me an early breakfast as I had to be at the bride's house for 07:30 the same time breakfast started.
