This caused a payment issue which ended in the property owner making threatening calls in regards to payment and demanding direct payment. "This property was the second one in this complex we stayed in. It was much nicer and had a more modern feel however it’s not in the luxury’ category. Heaters worked really well. The mattress was narrower than the frame so was very cramped for two people. The grout in the shower could have been cleaner and there was mould around the edge. "Just got back from a lovely few days. The outside of the property is run down but the areas that matter are lovely. The breakfast was really nice and the pool was an added bonus. Room was lovely and clean. Like the addition of a fridge in the room. Will definitely return when visiting Chester again. Thank you "
