"Home had a random stranger staying in the “middle room”. This is not a rental all to yourself. Not a situation you would ever feel comfortable for your family. We left immediately after tour. This place shouldn’t be listed on vrbo, maybe the other rental place, but this was not as advertised. Of course vrbo didn’t refund, absolutely pathetic business."

"We stayed at this property for a recent weekend to attend a family memorial service. The location and size of the house met our needs for our extended family. Due to the nature of our visit and the time of year, we were not able to take advantage of the outdoor property amenities. We were however disappointed the cleanliness in a couple of areas. One of the couples in our group found their bed sheets to have a few dead bugs and human hair when they went to get into bed late on our first night...

"We had our grandkids visiting …it was perfect with the backyard fenced in we felt very safe with the kids out of the way of traffic to play to their hearts content . We spent time in the charming town of Woodstock a few hundred yards away from the property . The kids enjoyed the playground as we also got enjoy the great cafe shops and eateries in town .The place was very clean and comfortable . We would totally return to stay on the future "

"Our stay at this property was one of the best yet. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the extra little touches like snacks and coffee were so welcoming. The beds are to die for. So luxurious. And the soaking tub was my saving grace for a hectic family Christmas visit. We will stay again! "

"We enjoyed the property and its location to downtown Woodstock. The only improvement that I would suggest is more lighting along walkway and driveway. However, the home was super clean and well stocked kitchen. "

"The only warning I would give is that it looks as though you enter through the gate where you park, but you don't. You enter through the upstairs. But it was beautifully fenced, lots of private yard, very quiet and convenient to things"
