"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

"My stay was phenomenal i stayed 4-4-25 until 4-7-25 the staff was very nice. I give Jeremy a 1000 stars he went above and beyond for me. Every time i walk pass the desk he check in to see if i needed anything he also let me use a vacuum for my vacuum seal bag he bought it to me which was so niceee i even needed tape he bought that up to my Room as well overall ill say really great location convenient 20 mins from time square with no traffic bus route right outside of hotel very convenient. I will be coming back to this hotel. It even had a buffet inside roof top bar , fitness center and kids play area! Definitely get your money worth and extra for your stay. "
