Kampta Ramanand who shuttled us to the airport and helped with our huge amount of baggage was super courteous and a really competent and safe driver. An asset to your establishment! I unfortunately had no cash and couldn't tip him. Hope to see he's still with you on our next visit!. A good business asset!

It took 3 phone calls and about 45 minutes to get the shuttle service. Check in was unwelcoming. Bar service was fine. Overall an expensive hotel for the service that was offered.

Really good quality stay for this type of property. Booked same day at short notice and rates were still fair. Staff were friendly and helpful with a special request. Good shuttle service early morning which helped. WiFi was fast, and room was quiet. Everything I needed after a long day travelling.
