The staff was excellent. They were so helpful with all the things I needed. The check in was easy and the hotel rooms were clean and spacious enough. The bed wasnt that comfortable but it was ok. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff is what gives this hotel a 5 out of 5 for me!

Excellent for in transit stay-over, clean, comfortable and convenient. Hotel shuttle was very helpful. However the front desk made me wait for minutes while she instructed a trainee, something that could wait until after the guests were checked in. She was unnecessarily curt and a disappointingly typical NYC welcome.

Lighting in room was poor. No directions how to operate the window shades. Room was not cleaned the second night of our visit. Desk staff and dining room staff were very nice and welcoming. Room was very clean upon arrival.

The room was adequate but no drinking water was provided and I had to get it downstairs. There was a notable vibration lying in bed possibly from the heating system. Most troublesome was that I remember when checking in online it stated that the booking in room 1003 entitled us to the lounge/snack bar but when I checked in the concierge said that was not true and that I would have to pay another hundred dollars for it. The accommodations at the Marriott Courtyard were superior to those at the Bonavoi.

The Marriott JFK is a typical 3 star airport hotel with a very high turnover of guests. Rooms are new and clean and bed comfy. I always stay here if I have a very early flight. The shuttle runs every 30 mins and is free. During peak times the drops off and picks up at Federal Circle which is stop on the skytrain. This was a requirement of JFK not the hotel.
