The staff were friendly. Downside was the shower door was very heavy when opening and slammed really hard on its own. The room was basic but included what we needed. The bed and pillow were soft and comfortable. Very close to shops and restaurants but immediate surrounding area was not the best. Parking lot on site is vert limited, but we were able to park across the street. For two nights the price was reasonable and overall we had a good stay.

Very nice and excellent hotel. But there was no Internet. So my rating is slightly low. I do official work by internet. I reported to the front desk person, he said he fixed the whole internet set up but he looked he is not seriusoly taking internet issue or customer concern. He was self satisfied without solving my problem. I had check out one night before due to no Internet.

This hotel was OK for what I flew in the city for. The location is weird for a hotel, it's located inside a home district like the suburbs, but middle to lower class, and it's connected to a Laundry mat. That was odd to me. They do not provide complimentary bottles of water, so if you're going to stay there, bring your own. You have to use your hotel Key to get to each floor, but with considering the location, I welcomed the additional safety measure. The Room was very nice, modern and clean. The attendant was pretty nice too :) There was no parking available, so I parked on the side street. All in all, I only flew in town for a couple hours for a party I WOULD NOT STAY HERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A QUICK TURN-AROUND!

The bed is super comfy . There is no netflix . Water pressure is good but anytime any other unit uses water the pluming makes a lot of noise. So if you are sleeping while your neighbour is taking a shower to leave you would hear very loud pipe sounds . Earplugs needed

I love this place. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. It is hard to find affordable clean comfortable places to stay in NY and If you get the right room your view is so beautiful. I definitely would recommend this place.

Cons: When arriving at scheduled check-in time, I had booked a king sized bed. They had informed me it would not be ready for an hour or so, and if i wanted a queen instead. I only agreed as I was tired from my flight, however if 3PM is check-in, and your room isn't ready, they should provide the same room you pay for, not a downgrade. When I went to lay in the bed, it reeked of urine. I had to physically go ask the front desk to have it changed completely. Upon seeing them change it, there was a huge urine stain, which I had laid on. Pros: despite the checkin issue, checking into the hotel is easy, the front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. they have on-site, free parking which is connected to the laundromat. despite the area, my car was safe the following morning. the room is very chic and modern, very comfy. the restaurant connected to the hotel is delicious, too.
