Great Room, very clean, cozy. The manager on the floor was very hospitable. The check in was a bit slow but we will give it another try and see if checkin is quicker next time.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. I love that it's a smart hotel. The building was very clean and neat. I was very plesantly surprised by how clean and neat things were. Loved the front desk check in process, the asian restaurant, the washateria next door, loved the room, the shower, everything was amazing. I stayed 1 night from a flight layover, I would def stay here again. Loved it!

The rooms are really nice very apartment like me and my wife enjoyed our stay that we booked another stay. The only thing that was a issue(minor one) was we walked in there was a towel on the floor and a used napkin by the bed other than that was a really good hotel one of our favorites that we ever been in.

Love the hotel but it is in the middle of a not so great area. There was parking but it was confusing and the lot was not secure as the hotel is connected to a laundromat. The mattress was so comfortable and the room was newly remodeled and clean. It was hard to get into the shower however as it is too close to the commode so you have to open the door to turn around. Wouldn’t be good for children as the room is small. We could hear our loud neighbors.

Our stay at the Ly Hotel was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was exceptional. It was clean, well stocked, and quiet. The beds were very comfotable.The Asian restaurant was very good. The elevators ran smooth and quick. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking here in the future.

We were very please with our stay at this hotel. The LY restaurant is a 10/10! Very good food, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying again!
