"I was extremely impressed with the late afternoon receptionist (I lost the paper I had written her name began with a T and was hyphenated). She was exceptional! As were the individuals who served breakfast and evening bar tending. The rooms were cleaned however on the alternate cleaning day the bathroom was cleaned and fresh towels placed but the beds were left unmade and crumpled. Am thinking that it was an oversight since the remainder of the room was spotless. "

"The hotel was closed due to damage suffered from Hurricane Florence, that is NOT the problem..... the problem is that I was not made aware of the hotel being closed and had to make late night plans for a new place to stay..... Orbitz DID assist with finding a new hotel but it would have been nice to know in advance of the day arriving."
