When we checked into our room the smoke alarm was beeping indicating a low battery. I got a battery from front desk and changed. Then while settling in we noticed that heat wasn't working, setting was on heat and fan blowing but no warm air. Informed front desk and was able to change rooms. "Great room and cleanliness, but no hotel parking other than optional valet service. Also, roof HVAC unit was extremely noisy, causing sleep issues. "

"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "
