It is literally right on the water, so you can walk right into the lake (just don't forget water shoes). But when you don't want to be in the lake, there are several little places you can relax. "Very cute place to stay when you’re in Port Dover. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main area in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the street and the host was very responsive. Only feedback I have is that the place could’ve been cleaned in the kitchen better! For people wanting to stay here, realize that there are people living upstairs so you may hear sounds fron time to time. Overall, recommend staying here if you ever visit Port Dover!"

"Nice little cottage in an excellent location, perfect for our family. It was very clean, had everything we needed. Even if it is not right on the water, we could see it from the windows. We met Lisa (the host) by chance, and she was so nice and helpful. The beach, just a few steps away, was so much fun. Clean and sandy.
