"Lovely and spaceous apartment, with all basic necessities provided. It's close to the station, and very convenient to get to NEC and town center. It was not as clean as I would have liked, but overall it newly decorated and well looked after home. The windows are not sound proof, so there is slight noise from the road, and garden is not useable, but the living room is spacious and beds are very comfy. The deep soaking bath is a bonus. "

"We got an email the day before, we got to the property after 10 hrs of driving to find out it shouldn’t have still been on booking . Com as apparently the owners had removed it but happy to take the money leaving us stranded at 10 pm at night . They were not any help and luckily a fantastic air b n b from a friend was available to at least let us rest. I would not use this . Raised a fraud complaint and luckily got full refund. "

"This place is far from lovely with no attention to detail. Furniture sporadically deposited in random rooms with a new kitchen that is little more than lipstick on a pig. Uncomfortable single beds, not a lamp or a bedside table to be found anywhere in the house. Owner is just out for a quick buck. Hotels.com need to inspect this place. Terrible experience save yourself and never stay here "

"Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!"

"A fabulous stay in a well-appointed (and beautifully-decorated) room! The location was excellent, a short walk from all the historic sights, and I very much appreciated the ample wardrobe storage and the kitchenette. Check-in was straightforward and communication beforehand was thorough. The one thing I'd note is that the room was located on a road that saw some traffic in the mornings, so bear that in mind if you're an usually late and/or light sleeper. Great hotel but awful parking option

"Great hotel and comfortable spacious room. Only thing that was a negative is the parking is offsite and is quite a long walk away. I wouldn't like to make the walk in bad weather or at night as you would feel quite vulnerable at points along the walk."

"Just stayed one night for work. Conveniently located for the airport and local area business parks. Clean and well stocked rooms, everything you need. Special thanks to the friendly staff particular mention to Anmol on the front desk who checked me in.. really friendly and actually helped changed my mood after a really difficult day at work and travelling.. Thanks"

Great loaction for the town centre.

"Great hotel in a great location. The hotel is in very good condition. service for breakfast was excellent. we did not have the same experience for dinner when the team both on the bar and in the restaurant were not aware of customers waiting. There needs to be stronger leadership on the evening service. Dinner was Ok for £145 for 3 having 3 courses, this feels steep for average food."
