"Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and good food incl breakfast at the Skybar & restaurant. Nice touches with free complimentary mini bar and access to the spa. Very convenient for events at BP pulse arena. Only negative is some areas of the Spa incl pool and showers need a deep clean and freshen up with paint."

AC was a massive bonus and worked really well The desk was helpful when needing extra pillows and towels etc Very smooth check in and check out Close to the arena, shopping centre and train station which worked out amazing for us when seeing a band at the arena "
