However the building and grounds are well maintained and inside is clean and tidy. Polite welcome on reception and the room was comfy, clean and tidy. Well appointed bathroom and good shower pressure. Couldn't really asked for anything else and will return if in the area on business. Cannot comment on food as didn't eat there "

"We had to book here last minute with the fire at Heathrow to fly out of Birmingham. They were very accommodating and so helpful. They had a ton of people book last second and even though they were very busy, they took the time to help us in a time of need. Thank you! Would definitely recommend. "
