"I had several company bookings and the owners were really helpful. The location was about 15 minutes from where we were working so perfect on the morning travel wise. The only things personally I would change is in the room I was in I had to dry my hair in the kitchen in the reflection of the backsplash as there was no mirror near a plug and the bed needed a good clean underneath as it was full of fluff. A top up of the coffee each day would be a nice touch too along with fresh milk. "

"Two beds in the property one of which is broken. Sofa sits on the floor rather than the legs it would have been supplied with. Toilet seat is broken. Can’t open blinds as they are hanging off and likely to fall off if touched. Shower won’t stay up over bath due to being damaged. Rug in the living area is dirty and stained. Numerous cigarette burns throughout the property. Over all the property is very run down and is situated on a noisy busy main road. "

"I’m a business traveller of 2 years & this is possibly one of the worst stays I’ve booked. I have to say that there was a lady at golden keys called Chelsea who was very responsive & kept her promises and I am grateful to her for sorting out the elements I raised with her of no hairdryer or iron at the apartment. The area is full of drunken/drugged people that actually made me fearful to leave the property at night. These people shouted a lot at bedtime & there is no noise insulation from the...

"Absolutely delightful cottage in a quiet lane, just 10 minutes walk from the High Street. Super comfy, enormous bed, Sky TV, a wide selection of books and an open-plan kitchen with everything required. Unable to fault this lovely rental. Many thanks to Caroline and Paul. We loved it! :)"
