"Amazing to have a shuttle that takes you to the hotel directly from the airport. The hotel is attached to a shopping center/mall which is next to/attached to the train station so it is easy to get around. The selection of restaurants and stores is fine for a few days but may get boring for longer stays. Thankful that they had washing machines."

"Very spacious room. Hotel is clean and well kept. BONUS, you have a view of Mt. Fuji from your Balcony. The shops around the area are pricy but a 5 min walk will get you to the more affordable shops. Its close to the train station, I suggest using the overpass as it connects to everything. Tachikawa is underrated location, Its location is central to Tokyo and Day trip areas. "

" Great location. Very friendly hotel ppl. Tiny rooms. Very basic hotel. Nice small bar for night time to have a drink meet others. Small coffee shop open during the day. No restaurants but there are sooooo many around close by"

"Very convenient location, close to Hachioji station and shops. My room was modern and comfortable with a large, comfortable queen bed. This is Tokyo, so the bed took up most of the room, but there was also a desk and a large window ledge where the TV, glasses and tea kettle were placed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome and safe here."

"I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!"

"My only requirement was to have a hotel close to Tachikawa station, and you can’t get much closer than this one. The room was comfortable and clean and it was a great deal. Will definitely stay here again!"

"This is a great stay in Yōga! Hotel has great location, great staff, comfortable beds, great showers is directly across street from Yōga station and close to many restaurants/bars If you want to check out a great neighborhood in Setagaya, go to Yōga and stay at Tokyu Stay Yōga- highly recommended "
