I had some issue with the water not working in their annex hotel , but staff contacted their other hotel, a short walk away where the water was on and I could shower. The rooms themselves, especially the bathrooms seem not quite dirty, but a little shoddy. If you're in a tight bind and need somewhere cheapish to stay, then it's fine. The staff are very polite and helpful

府中駅前から5分、府中本町から10分程度歩いた所にあり飲み屋街やラーメン屋、コンビニなども近くにあり立地はいいと思います。 値段も安く3泊で2万弱は破格ではないでしょうか。 チェックインの時間が15時からなのにフロントには外国人のフロントマンが1人。 案の定対処しきれておらず人が並んでいました。 自分の順番になりチェックインを進めると名前を聞かれた後、受付用の紙を渡され最低限の説明のみされ指定された箇所のみ記入しました。 ホテル内は年季を感じる洗濯機や電熱コンロ等がありユニットバスもあるので泊まるのに最低限の設備は整えてあります。 ただ、シャワーや洗面台の蛇口の水の勢いが弱く湯船にお湯をためるのもかなり時間が必要でした。 あと、地味にストレスを感じたところがベッドの枕元からコンセントが遠く充電しながらの寝スマホが絶妙にやりずらいです。2m程度のコードを持参推奨です。 宿泊中に室内清掃を頼めるのですが、朝9時頃女性のフロントの方にお願いしましたが、その日帰って来たら室内清掃を忘れられておりタオルなどを1階のフロントまで往復して取りに行ったのがとても不快でした。 最初にも言った通りかなり破格の価格設定だと思うのでこの値段で泊まるのであればある程度の覚悟は必要なのだと感じました。
