"Located in a residential neighbor near vibrant area of coffee houses, small bars, restaurants and retail that attract 20s-30s year old Japanese. Very quiet in morning with few places to eat until later in the morning. The exceptions are coffee shop at hotel opens at 7 a.m. and Brooklyn Roasting Company, with a nice breakfast, opens at 8 a.m. Hotel attracts foreign tourists."

"Amazing to have a shuttle that takes you to the hotel directly from the airport. The hotel is attached to a shopping center/mall which is next to/attached to the train station so it is easy to get around. The selection of restaurants and stores is fine for a few days but may get boring for longer stays. Thankful that they had washing machines."

"The best thing was the staff they were the friendliest and were very polite. It was pouring in Tokyo today and we had checked out not only did they store our bags so we could do a last minute visit in Tokyo they lent us umbrellas which was super helpful with 2 young kids. The rooms feel a little simple but the buffet breakfast and the ladies retreat with free massage chairs and shampoo bar were lovely little touches. Its also less than a 5 min walk from the station the helpful staff and extras...

"This property opened after the pandemic and we have stayed twice. It is a new hotel so it is fresh and very stylish. The staff is very accommodating and although English is a second language (as it should be) each staff member goes out of his/her way to take care of your needs."
