The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained and amenities are great and abundant. I highly recommend APA hotels

The hotel was quite far from the station and the room was quite small and smelly. Although the staff was polite when they are at the front desk, their assistance was bare minimum. I have stayed at a few other APA hotels, and they have been so positive and pleasant, so this stay at Hachioji was a disappointment.
