"The room was very nice. The casino was an experience as homeless people were everywhere with some sleeping sitting at the slots. The outside area had homeless people everywhere. "

"We stay in Reno every time we ski and love this little hotel so much. We’ve been here 3 times and it’s an unassuming place that’s packed with goodness. By far, our favorite place. There is a nice guest lounge with a billiards table, an espresso machine, and a warm indoor pool that my kids absolutely love. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. "To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I think like most people, I was worried about the lack of personnel on the property and the virtual nature of the hotel. But it was honestly quite a wonderful experience. The rooms were nice, cozy, comfy and clean. I was very happy that it was secured with a gate and codes to get into the building.
