"Needs upgrades "

"Upon arrival, we got to our destination earlier that expected and the front desk receptionist gave us the opportunity of early check in. To our surprise, we had an excellent view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains with snow. It was an amazing view while having our hot chocolate in our room as snow flurries fell. The room was cozy an invited you to want to say indoors at times. The diverse atmosphere of bars, with live music and interactive experiences of friendly crowds was so much fun! The slot machines were fun to play with the option of leading into a sister casino through a tunnel and never having to wear your jacket to stay warm was convenient for us. In addition, all staff, including Shuttle drivers, at the Harrah’s were friendly, helpful and attentive Thank you Harrah’s for an AMAZING experience and would love to come back sometime in the not to far future! "

"Beautiful property and really nice accommodations. The only concern was the front desk staff. There were errors at check in and check out - with what seemed to be a disinterest. I also inquired about joining the properties rewards- and didn’t know of any of the companies other properties- and little care of the companies program. In which, upon our investigation one of their other properties was the Broodmor, which we had visited in 2023. Not a welcoming front desk. Most all of the other employee interaction was quite nice. "

"Friendly staff, great location and the room had a great set up. The rooms come with full kitchens and living room. As well as the bathroom off of the bedroom. Giving it a master suite feel!"

"We had an amazing time staying at 436 Barrett! It was easy to feel at home during our stay with the cozy furniture and well-stocked necessities. There was plenty of space for our entire group to feel comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basics which made cooking really easy. We loved enjoying the hot tub at night and making a fire in the woodstove. There were also tons of activities to keep us occupied, our favorites being the pool table, board games, and exploring the forest. It was also super easy to enjoy the nearby hiking trails. We loved the view from the top of Castle Rock!! "

"We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Make sure to bring soap for showers (hand soap in bathrooms, but no soap in shower areas) and laundry soap if you plan on doing it. Some nice updates have been done, but it would really be spectacular if the carpeting in the unit was replaced, as well as drapes that fit the 3rd floor bedroom. Directions that the unit is on the opposite side of the unit would be helpful because the entrance is not seen from the road because of rocks that block the view. Also, parking for the unit is not right next to the unit, but on the other side of a separate unit. "
