"It was good for what we needed except i was not informed when i booked the room or when we checked in that the wall heater was not working( waiting on parts), there was a oil heater but it wasnt on and it took about 2.5 hrs to get from 58° to where we werent shivering (snowed next morning) other than that it was good. "A group of 9 college buddies fit very well, the property is as advertised and comes with lots of thought put into it from the management company. The neighborhood was very quiet on an off weekend and was easy to get to from Stateline and the Reno airport. Overall would highly recommend, would love to try it again during the winter. "
