Just returned from a few days away, the location of the hotel is fantastic, a few steps away from Queensway Underground, just over the road from Kengsington Gardens (which we enjoyed a walk around in the morning and grabbed breakfast and a coffee spotting the parrots) the location is brilliant and easy to get to and from any time! Hotel is clean, beds comfortable and staff great. Yes, the place could do with touching up here and there...

"Great hotel - staff were super friendly. Only issue I had was that i couldn't turn the air con off in my room - i turned it off but it stayed on! Thankfully temperature was ok so wasn't an issue. Based on location and staff I would happily stay here again."
