"There were some problems, but the hotel liason person was excellent. Hotel is not near a tube station, but there are 3 stations within 15 minutes walk and you can take a bus if you want. Handy for Heathrow and better than staying in Hounslow or one of the airport hotels with that horrible Hotel Hoppa service. Some nice restuarants and pubs nearby. Would use again. "

"Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering.
