"Absolutely lovely hotel couldn’t recommend it. More lovely staff very clean. Would stay again. Only one complaint and it’s very very small. Could do with some better sausages for the breakfast. They wasn’t very good but that’s very small complaint. Lovely hotel highly recommend"

"The area is not the best or most convenient for tourists but it’s safe and walkable to underground stations in about 10 minutes. The breakfast was surprisingly good, I would stay here again. "

"The only flaw we encountered is that the doors are not very noise aisolating, and you can hear all the noises coming from the corridors. Mostly it was annoying in the morning during the cleaning shift. "

"Carlos was so helpful and welcoming. Lovely atomosphere. We ate dinner and breakfast in the bar downstairs. Tasty food. Rooms nice and quiet. Slept really well. No lifts so just to be aware of that if you have any mobility issues. Would visit again for sure. "

"This property is right in LHR which makes getting to your flight a breeze. We were on the 13th floor and the room was very quiet. The windows have great noise reduction, I could not hear the airport, but I could view all the planes flying in an out."
