"Great room for an overnight stay. Spacious,clean and staff attentive. Nice hot water for a bath. The cost of the pod to get there from terminal 5 is ridiculous at £8 each."

"Really nice hotel at terminal T5 Heathrow. Staff are really helpful. Downside is drink and food prices, which are extortionate. You get a much better deal if you book directly with the hotel and become an Accor member. Free welcome drink for two, which is great, and room upgrades with a free mini bar. You do not get this if you book with Expedia."

Everything a family needs after a long Atlantic flight. And don't worry about getting to the hotel. It costs no more than 25 GBP via a Taxi and any Ride App. P.S. Take the family to the Three Magpies Pub a short hop away for authentic British food and very reasonably priced children's menu."

"This property is right in LHR which makes getting to your flight a breeze. We were on the 13th floor and the room was very quiet. The windows have great noise reduction, I could not hear the airport, but I could view all the planes flying in an out."
