"The room was clean but small but was enough for 1 night. There are no lifts in the property at all, the restaurant is on the 1st floor and was a bit of a walk, up and down stairs from our room. The POD service to and from terminal was great, highly recommend, this journey was around 4 mins. "

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"A lovely guesthouse in a quiet road in Harmondsworth. We stayed in the family room which is a lovely size. The beds were amazingly comfortable and despite being close to Heathrow it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was brilliant also. We loved the stay and would definitely return."
