I was blown away by the great vibes of the staff team - their kindness, smiles and best wishes, and how well they helped me with all sorts of little things day by day like arranging food, adding nights onto my stay, check out times, room service, meals, room cleaning, bringing extra water etc. The reception team are all incredibly welcoming. I would like to personally mention Yasser on reception who I saw most. He couldn’t have been nicer and so professional to me and other guests. Thank you so much Yasser - you really made a tough for me much smoother and I really am so grateful to you. Thank you Jade, Abbey and Lily on the front desk from time to time and really appreciated all their help too. The bar staff were fantastic - Karl Titus Jeffrey and Sammy. It’s a very cool area and very relaxed. Thank you for great drinks and organising room service - I really appreciated and enjoyed the food and drinks and your upbeat hospitality. The breakfasts had a great selection, hot and fresh and all so well organised by Kevin. Really lovely start to the days thank you. The rooms were exceptionally clean and housekeeping brought extra water and big smiles every day, slept really well thank you Ellie and Sugar! Fabulous! 🙏❤️ "
