"Really lovely rooms - the bathroom could do with an update but even still had a nice stay"

"Ideal location close to the rail station and centre. Plenty of options to eat around and about, breakfast in the hotel had everything you would need. However, the rooms are dated and tech could do with being updated - no USB socket- so you need a 3 pin plug. I’ll finish on a positive note I was on the 15th floor and the shower was super powerful…great way to start the day"

"A large hotel set in its own grounds. We had a comfortable double room on the ground floor. It was a bright room with a bay window looking out onto the courtyard and across to stables bar. We had breakfast included and it was self service, there was a large choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt. You could help yourself to a continental or full English. "Lovely refurbished bedroom with good amenities (when you find the hairdryer by lifting up the desk!), great to have a fridge in the room. Friendly and helpful Reception staff and friendly Breakfast staff. The hotel is an easy walk to Ponds Forge swimming pool which was the reason for our stay. We would have liked breakfast to start a bit earlier than 8a.m. at the weekends as it meant my daughter could not have breakfast before she had to be at Ponds Forge for warm up. "The room was comfortable, the staff were excellent and the parking facilities were spot on and we could leave the car there whilst we went shopping the next day. We hadn’t booked breakfast but we’re glad we added it because we didn’t have to eat again all day. All in all it would be my go to place for any Leeds trips"
