"We were delighted to find this hotel. Its location is excellent. We took the 747 bus from the airport easily to within minutes of walking to the hotel. The Bell Centre was near by as well as shopping, many restaurants, Chinatown, arts centre etc. The hotel lobby is beautiful with a large koi pond. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable although not exceptional. The best part was the service at the front desk. So helpful and eager to make our visit the best it could be. All the...

"Staff at the hotel are very kind. They offered to make me a coffee at 4:30 am on my way out :) most places wouldn’t care if you had a coffee before breakfast hours! The hotel was nice, clean and well kept. Did not use any amenities as we were just grabbing some sleep on a trip through Orlando. The bath towels were so soft - not like normal itchy hotel towel! Everything was great for the 12 hours we spent there! "

Room was clean and had everything we needed from personal items to an iron, coffee/tea, and mini fridge. Location is perfect and walking distance to downtown with so many dinning and shopping places.
