Patrick at the front desk is very polite. My checking was fast and easy. The valet guys were also nice (can’t remember names, but the AA man with hazel eyes)

Room was subpar and very, very average. It was old, the roof of the room by the door was damaged and clearly in need to renovation. Plus we were given a room with a view of the roof, so nothing spectacular there. The perk we received was two free coffees at the Starbucks downstairs, which is something I could have gotten with my Starbucks app. So nothing innovative there. The staff was very average as well. I wouldn't stay here again.

I have been longing to stay there and everytime I try booking it was always full, so I finally out of the blue decided to make a random vacation and got a answer I wanted. You guys could of accommodated me finally. The accommodation and hospitality was BREATHTAKING. The combination of the hotel and mall was WONDERFUL.
