The people at the desk were friendly and answered any questions I had. The 4am airport shuttle driver was also friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean aside from a cigarette smoke smell in the gift shop

Certainly a very busy hotel, staff is efficient and courteous to everyone. Great overall experience with check in, room cleanliness, and service at the bar. Even with the pool skylight leak, our family had a great time.
