The hotel was okay didn’t love it the room had a bit of a weird smell. They didn’t give you soap for your face or any body wash. The bathroom was nice and clean. For breakfast they ran out of everything really early and didn’t put any more. Lacked options

The transfer from the airport took an hour and a half. Could not get answer from front desk. Once transfer showed up, he continued to answer multiple calls having us wait longer. This was on 1-26, Initial call at 4:45pm. Left airport at after 6. Once at the hotel had to goto lobby several times in order to get more towels. I would not stay at this hotel again

As such the property was good but few things which I would like to call out - 1. They don't even give complimentary water bottles. I had to buy a 500 ml of Water Bottle for $3.30 each 2. The room is not cleaned on a daily basis. 3. Breakfast had very limited options including no fruits.

Room was comfortable. Dining options are walkable. Close to airport with free shuttles included. Nice pool area, plenty of seating to relax outside. Hot tub was not functioning at the time of our visit. Nice place.

Employees act like they work at a fast food joint. Not professional, no smiles, they don’t care about service. However the property is clean and the room is clean, checkin was fast.

Website said daily housekeeping, when I did not get the service I went to the reception and was told it’s actually every 3 days and if I need clean towels to pick it up at the reception… I asked for 4 towels (we, spouses ans 2 daughters) and the lady was like “what??? 4??” And I had to state that we are 4 persons for her to give it to me. Also we booked 1 room with 2 queens bed and 1 room with 1 king bed but we got 2 rooms of 2 queens bed. Only great service was the driver of the shuttle even if he came 20min late.
