Property in a good location but I did not like their service at all. Very rude, unprofessional, service unavailable, breakfast only bread, bagels, egg and serial. Also you have to ask them to refill.

The property is old and isn’t maintained very well. Our room had a layer of dust evident on ALL the surfaces. The toilet was dirty to the point where I took a trip to Walmart to buy bleach in the hopes of cleaning the ring around the top of the toilet bowl…it didn’t help. The tub had been cleaned but the drain left locked so there was water in the tub when we checked in. Had to clean that as well. I don’t think I should have to clean a bathroom upon check in to a hotel. Normally I use bleach wipes on the high traffic areas and feel safe that the bathroom is clean. This wasn’t the case this time. The hotel wasn’t noisy although it seemed pretty active. The area had several hotels spaced out and it felt safe enough. I didn’t appreciate that the self parking was for a charge on the hotels own property. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in Florida and this was the first time I experienced this. I don’t like hotels that nickel and dime you. Parking for at least one car should be a courtesy offered by the hotel. We never made it down to breakfast because we had a packed schedule so I can’t comment on the quality of the free breakfast. We could see the pool from the room and it looked clean. We didn’t visit the pool for the same reasons listed above. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

We found is terrible to be charged 30$ if you wanted earlier access to your rooms. If the room is ready - it should be assessed. We were beyond disappointed as there was no breakfast. They claimed a kitchen malfunction, however cereal, fruit should still have been an option. We feel we should be discounted for the price of our breakfast. We selected this hotel based on continental breakfast and airport shuttle.

Average room. Toilet got clogged and they wanted my husband to fix it with a plunger as he refused someone came and fix it. The air conditioning worked great but very noisy. Breakfast buffet very limited just bread and coffee and boxed cereals
