"The family who run this very sweet hotel are kind, accommodating, and offer most everything you could want. I felt safe and I loved the balcony off of my room where I got to watch the full moon. It was so easy to get to. All the bus/metro lines stop right in front or very close by - There are also city bike rentals you can get to bike all over Brussels and you can easily either get to the city center or to the most impressive forest. They also have a delicious restaurant so if you are hungry...

"We rolled into town late and were tired. Sadly the restaurant was under renovation. Not to worry; the staff was very helpful and friendly and gave advise on local places to eat. (go to Le Tram de Boitsfort - excellent burgers fries and beers!!!). Delicious breakfast the next morning. Oh -and the room included a nice fan!! More European hotels should include that in the summertime. "
