Booked one night because Eurostar train was cancelled. Hotel is just right across the station and close to everything. A supermarket just right outside the door of the hotel. Expensive, paid £340 for a family room for one night with breakfast.

The hotel needs an upgrade. It has old and worn out furniture and toilets. The hotel must invest in areas around the property that is full of indigent persons sleeping in the street.

It's literally across the square from the train station and the metro. Cannot ask for a better location, the Gtmrand Place was a very short walk away, along with a bustling centre with good and shopping. The area offered everything you'd ever need within walking distance. The atonium and mini europe are a short ride awayby metro, staff was amazing on getting us around on the metro.

This was my 2nd stay and I noticed a significant improvement, largely due to one exceptional staff member Veronica at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, always with a smile and her knowledge was impressive. Veronica answered all my questions and made great recommendations, ensuring our stay was even better than the last time.
