"The property had everything I needed in the room (Iron, fridge, comfy bed and easy walk to Liverpool Street station). The "rain shower" was too big for the small bathroom, but my stay was fine."

"Positives: Really nice living area, big TV, pool table (we didn’t use), well equipped kitchen, really nice bathroom, my bed was comfy, neighbourhood felt safe, good communication from owner/manager(?). Issues: Some beds were less comfy - dodgy springs, very creaky, only provided with one very small toilet roll (between 5 of us!), we couldn’t get the hot water to work but didn’t really have time to try and sort it out so just had cold showers, pillows could do with replacement - one was really...
