"We only had one night in London on our way back to Nashville, and staying at The Ostrich Inn in Slough was absolutely the best choice we could have made! From the moment we walked in, we were transported back in time—this place has been standing since 1106, and you can feel the history in every creaky floorboard and flickering candle. The atmosphere? "Although the pub wasn't open due to the holiday season when we were visiting, it was a lovely stay! Great shower, room was comfortable! If traveling as an American, you might find that top flat sheets are not common. We requested one additional one with staff, and they were lovely to work with. Friendly and helpful! Comfortable bed!"

"My first stay at the Victoria and it was excellent. Room was small, but very clean, comfortable bed and excellent shower with plenty of hot water. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for you. We had an evening meal on the Friday which was very nicely cook and delicious. The cooked breakfast was outstanding and a very large portion as well. We are going back to stay in two weeks for another Rugby game and can’t wait to visit again. Keep up the...

"This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!"

"Great location and price for a pretty much central london hotel. Room was clean, good TV and bathroom. A bit noisy but I was on the corner with 2 massive windows which cant be helped but other than that it was a lovely room. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Tower Hotel! Beautiful views of the river were def a plus! There are several nice restraints on the other side of the bridge and on the docks behind the hotel. Black cabs are always out front waiting to take you around town and the underground is close by! We would definitely stay again! "

Best location!

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was so perfect for us, especially as we were seeing Wicked at the theatre only a 5 min walk away. If you are using the Gatwick express this is also perfect location. Lovely to actually stay with breakfast included. So much choice in a beautiful restaurant. Large area to look after your bags for the day on arrival and departure. Check in easy. We had a basement room with no windows that I was a little apprehensive about, but it was fabulous with a daylight light ‘window’ we would never have known we were in the basement. We would definitely use this hotel again"
